Short Film - "The Pupil"

I wrote this short film script for a competition. The rules stated it couldn't be more than 7 pages in length. After I read that I started writing. I should have kept reading the rules. Further down the page it said no one under the age of 25 could be shown in the script- it was for an alcohol brand. My main supporting character was a young boy. By the time I re-read this part of the rules, I had finished the script. Though I didn't enter it, I still liked it. I hope you do too.

Synopsis: When a young boy wanders into the precinct, Captain Holt gets the chance to play 'parent'. Meanwhile, the rest of the detectives are preparing for their annual firearms testing.
